Zira yabanc\u0131 dil \u00f6\u011frenmek uzunca bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in bizi me\u015fgul edecek, hangi seviyede olursak olal\u0131m etkileri her zaman hissedilecek bir eylemdir. Hele ki, \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fimiz yabanc\u0131 dil g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131zda kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 buluyorsa \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme sahip olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fumuz \u00e7a\u011f, bilgi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmakta ve fiili s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme i\u015faret etmektedir. Bu da ancak bilginin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ve ortak olarak kullan\u0131lan diller sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmektedir. D\u00fcnya vatanda\u015f\u0131 olabilmek g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz gen\u00e7li\u011finin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zelliklerinden birisi olup, d\u00fcnya vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sundu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z olanaklardan yararlanabilmek ise, en az bir hatta iki yabanc\u0131 dili iyi d\u00fczeyde bilmekle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmektedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buradaki &#8220;iyi d\u00fczey&#8221; tabiri ise \u00fczerinde en \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konulardan birisidir. Peki, nedir bu &#8220;iyi d\u00fczey&#8221;? Bunun i\u00e7in bir \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 tan\u0131m yap\u0131labilirken, ki\u015finin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilecek bir skala da her zaman s\u00f6z konusu olacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenledir ki, Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131llar \u00f6ncesinden ba\u015flat\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile &#8220;AB Ortak Dil Kriterleri&#8221; olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ve yabanc\u0131 dil d\u00fczeyi ile ilgili uluslararas\u0131 bir standart ortaya konulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 Dil E\u011fitiminde Kilit Nokta : Kararl\u0131l\u0131k<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 dil \u00f6\u011frenmek, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir kararl\u0131l\u0131k gerektirmektedir. Bu uzun ve zorlu s\u00fcrece ba\u015flamak \u00f6nemli bir karard\u0131r ve t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcreci bu kararl\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fczeyine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ilerlemektedir. \u00d6\u011frenilen dili sevmek de bu s\u00fcreci destekleyen \u00f6nemli unsurlardan birisidir. Sevilmeyen bir dilin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi her ne kadar m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olsa dahi, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta hedeflenen d\u00fczeye varmadan e\u011fitimin yar\u0131da b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtimali olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek olacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6zellikle ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 a\u015famas\u0131nda mutlaka profesyonel bir destek al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve dil e\u011fitimine gerek okul, gerekse kurs anlam\u0131nda do\u011fru bir adreste ba\u015flanmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. E\u011fitimin bu kadarla da s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmamas\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenilen dilin bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olmas\u0131 ad\u0131na ki\u015finin bu dile ait bir \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 kaynaktan beslenmesi gerekmektedir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu ihtiyac\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 internet \u00fczerinden kar\u015f\u0131lanabilmektedir. Bu ba\u011flamda, e\u011fitim materyallerinin do\u011fru se\u00e7iminin de yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitimindeki \u00f6nemine de\u011finmek gerekmektedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Almanca ne kadar zamanda \u00f6\u011frenilebilir?&#8221; \u015feklindeki sorular ile s\u0131kl\u0131kla muhatap oldu\u011fumuzdan, bu konuda da bir ka\u00e7 \u015fey s\u00f6ylememiz do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r. Bir \u00e7ok yabanc\u0131 dil i\u00e7in, Avrupa Birli\u011fi Ortak Dil Kriterleri do\u011frultusunda C1-2 d\u00fczeyine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 standart bir e\u011fitim program\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Tabii bu s\u00fcrenin, dil e\u011fitiminin anadil olarak konu\u015fulan bir \u00fclkede mi, yoksa ki\u015finin kendi \u00fclkesinde mi al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, ki\u015finin \u00f6\u011frenme kapasitesi, \u00f6\u011frenme iste\u011fi, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi dili konu\u015fma olanaklar\u0131, dile \u00f6\u011frenmeye kar\u015f\u0131 yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, do\u011fru profesyonel deste\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131p ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, e\u011fitimin yo\u011funlu\u011fu gibi bir \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 hususa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015febilece\u011fi de unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yabanc\u0131 Dil Se\u00e7imi ve \u0130kinci Yabanc\u0131 Dil Kavram\u0131<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bug\u00fcn bir \u00e7ok ki\u015fi yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitimine k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck denilebilecek ya\u015flarda ba\u015flamakta, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bir tercih imkan\u0131 sunulmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7evresi, okulu ve ailesi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan y\u00f6nlendirme ile dil se\u00e7imi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mevcut olan konjonkt\u00fcrde ise, hemen hemen t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00fclkeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, \u00f6\u011frenilmesi zorunlu olan ilk dil \u0130ngilizce olmaktad\u0131r. Ancak; sadece \u0130ngilizce&#8217; nin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda yeterli gelmemekte, \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde \u0130ngilizce de, ki\u015finin kendi anadil ile ayn\u0131 stat\u00fcde de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu noktada ise, ikinci yabanc\u0131 dil kavram\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmakta ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ikinci bir yabanc\u0131 dil bilmek de her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn sahip oldu\u011fu \u00f6nemi artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frenilmesi gereken ikinci yabanc\u0131 dil ise, \u00fclkeden \u00fclkeye b\u00fcy\u00fck farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6stermektedir. Zira, ki\u015finin bulundu\u011fu \u00fclkenin ekonomik, politik, tarihi vb. durumu vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenecekleri yabanc\u0131 dili se\u00e7melerinde en \u00f6nemli etken olmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenledir ki, ikinci yabanc\u0131 dil tercihleri on y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye A\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Durum<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dikkat edilirse, T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da durumun b\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bundan 50 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinde en \u00f6ncelikli dillerin bug\u00fcn ilk 5&#8242; te yer almakta dahi zorluk \u00e7ekti\u011fi a\u015fikard\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tam bu noktada, yabanc\u0131 dil \u00f6\u011frenecek ki\u015finin hayat plan\u0131 en \u00f6nemli belirleyici olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Gelece\u011fe ve \u00f6zellikle yap\u0131lacak i\u015f ve ya\u015fanacak \u00fclke \u00fczerine tercihler dil se\u00e7imini de belirlemektedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan duruma bakacak olursak, uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitimine teorik anlamda verilen \u00f6nemin \u00e7ok \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek pek tabii m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ancak uygulamada, her ne kadar bu bilince sahip olunsa dahi, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenlerin tam olarak yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \/ yap\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r. Okullarda verilen e\u011fitimin yetersizli\u011fi, bu noktada en b\u00fcy\u00fck problem olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ngilizce alan\u0131nda belli bir tak\u0131m ilerlemeler kaydedilmi\u015f olsa dahi, ikinci yabanc\u0131 dil konusunda kat edilmesi gereken daha \u00e7ok yol vard\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Genel anlamda yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitiminde, en b\u00fcy\u00fck problemin konu\u015fma zorlu\u011fu oldu\u011fu \u00e7abucak g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frenciler dil bilgisi, kelime bilgisi, yazma, anlama gibi yetilerde ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken, konu\u015fma becerileri konusunda bir o kadar zorlanmaktad\u0131r. &#8220;Biliyorum ama konu\u015fam\u0131yorum!&#8221; tabiri hemen herkes taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan bir kal\u0131ba d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumdad\u0131r. \u00dczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken esas nokta da buras\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Almanca<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6zelinde ise, \u00f6\u011frenilmesi gereken birinci veya ikinci yabanc\u0131 dil olarak kesinlikle Almanca g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir. Almanya ile olan tarihi m\u00fcnasebetler, Almanya&#8217; da ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrk n\u00fcfusu, ekonomik ve siyasi i\u015fbirli\u011fi, turizm verileri, yabanc\u0131 sermaye yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, Almanlar\u0131n bilim ve sanatta yaratt\u0131klar\u0131 ekoller gibi bir \u00e7ok parametre de T\u00fcrk gen\u00e7lerinin Almanca \u00f6\u011frenmelerinin zorunlulu\u011funa i\u015faret etmektedir. Son y\u0131llarda Alman diline olan ilginin artmas\u0131 da bu tezi do\u011frular niteliktedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancak; Almanca&#8217; n\u0131n kendine has dinamikleri, artikel kavram\u0131, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015fta al\u0131nan yetersiz e\u011fitimle birlikte getirilen \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar, e\u011fitime ge\u00e7 ya\u015flarda ba\u015flanmas\u0131 vb. nedenler e\u011fitim alan ki\u015filerin Almanca \u00f6\u011frenmeleri konusunda kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan en \u00f6nemli engeller olmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ngilizce \u00f6n bilgisinin olmas\u0131 Almanca e\u011fitimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck avantaj sa\u011flamakla birlikte, tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli olamamaktad\u0131r. Kaliteli Almanca e\u011fitimi veren kurumlar\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise, bu alandaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck dezavantajd\u0131r. Bununla birlikte \u00f6zellikle, \u00f6zel okullar ve \u00f6\u011frencileri taraf\u0131ndan son y\u0131llarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen ilgi art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sevindirici ve umut vaat eden
